Mandamus to compel a judge of the district court of Wadena county to remand certain actions to the district court of Otter Tail county. Relators are the plaintiffs in' these actions. A change of venue to Wadena county was taken upon affidavits of defendant’s attorney that defendant was a resident of Wadena county at the time of the commencement of the actions. Plaintiffs moved to remand upon the ground that at the time of the commencement of the actions the defendant was, and for a long time prior thereto had been, an actual tona fide resident of Otter Tail county.
