Southern Discount Co. v. Ector

The Supreme Court granted certiorari in this case to review our decision in Southern Discount Co. v. Ector, 152 Ga. App. 244, 245 (1) (262 SE2d 457), wherein we affirmed the trial court in declining to give retrospective operation to Ga. L. 1978, pp. 1033, 1034, amending Code Ann. § 25-9903 (Ga. L. 1955, pp. 431, 444). In Southern Discount Co. v. Ector, 246 Ga. 30 (268 SE2d 621), the decision of this court interpreting Code Ann. § 25-9903, supra, and giving it only prospective application was reversed.
