—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ramirez, J.), dated August 22, 1991, which granted the plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability with respect to the first cause of action.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the motion is denied.
