The bond sued upon, annexed to the complaint, is an attachment bond in the form prescribed by § 6888 of the General Statutes, and it appears therefrom and from allegations of the complaint that it was given to release a garnishment of funds belonging to Bissman in the hands of the Mechanics Bank of New Haven.
