I. Introduction
I respectfully dissent. Today’s majority opinion misinterprets neutral principles of law as set forth by the United States Supreme Court in Jones v. Wolf, 443 U. S. 595 (99 SC 3020, 61 LE2d 775) (1979). The majority also reaches an unjust result that is contrary to law in many ways. The Jones Court envisioned neutral principles as a practical solution to solve hierarchical church property disputes.
