Miller, complainant in the original bill for the appointment of a receiver, etc., entered against him for the unpaid balance due the creditors of the receiver and for the unpaid fees of the receiver and his solicitor upon an intervening petition of Manhattan Electrical Supply Company, one of the creditors of the receiver, on behalf of all of the creditors of the receiver, and upon the petition of the receiver in his own behalf.
