ORDER
The Court’s opinion of March 5, 2002, is vacated and a new opinion is simultaneously filed. This having been done, Appellees’ petition for rehearing with suggestion for rehearing en banc is denied.

On interlocutory appeal, the Government challenges a district court order excluding the testimony of a Government witness. The district court excluded the testimony as a sanction after finding the Government violated court discovery orders by failing to timely disclose impeachment evidence regarding the witness.
