— Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered December 28, 1977 in Broome County, which granted petitioner’s motion to stay arbitration. On October 8, 1971, appellant Manley, a teacher employed by petitioner, was injured in the course of her employment and as a result was absent from work from January 5, 1972 until September 5, 1972. During her absence, she received her wages from petitioner, in the amount of $5,763.12. Manley subsequently filed a claim for workers’ compensation benefits.
