HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

Norwalk Ready Mixed Concrete (Nor-walk) filed suit against Travelers Insurance Companies and Charter Oak Fire Insurance Company (collectively Travelers). Norwalk alleged that Travelers breached a comprehensive general liability policy and a separate catastrophe umbrella policy by failing to defend and indemnify it in previous litigation. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of Travelers, and Norwalk appeals. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
