ANSTEAD, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment and sentence adjudicating appellant-defendant guilty of manslaughter and grand larceny. Defendant claims that the lower court erred in denying his motion to suppress inculpato-ry statements made by him while he was being transported by police officers from St. Augustine to Fort Lauderdale following his flight from the South Florida area immediately after the alleged crimes occurred.
