The above-entitled cause was a suit for personal injury resulting in the death of plaintiff’s intestate, and was tried in the Court of Common Pleas for Colleton County at the November Term, 1923, before Judge j. K. Henry, and a jury, and resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff in the sum of $1,750. From a judgment entered thereon, defendant appealed.
