On July 9, 1990, plaintiffs John and Deborah Bryan (“the Bryans”) filed their complaint herein, seeking determination that debts of $36,620.00 in actual damages, $76,-631.00 in punitive damages, and $54,148.50 in attorney fees, which are owed to them by defendant Jim Donn Manley (“Manley”), are excepted from discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4).
