Matilda Inman, as administratrix of L- H. In-man, deceased, brought this action against the St. Louis, Iron Mountain & Southern Railway Company to recover damages occasioned by the death of her intestate. She alleged in her complaint that L. H. Inman was, on the 12th day of September, 1904, a bridge carpenter, and was in the employment of the defendant, and that one J. A.
