—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Eidens, J.), rendered June 23, 1995, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

*493Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s contention that the evidence adduced at trial was legally insufficient to establish his guilt of robbery in the first degree is unpreserved for appellate review (see, CPL 470.05 [2]; People v Udzinski, 146 AD2d 245).
