In this discovery proceeding, the respondents, Fire Burglary Instruments, Inc., and its subsidiary, All Craft Finishing, Inc., move to dismiss the petition for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Data Control Systems, Inc., moves for an order dismissing the petition against it on the grounds that it has no liability as a matter of law.
