One of the main problems involved in this case appears to have arisen when the plaintiff re; mainderman, seeking an accounting from the executors, amended her petition by setting forth the following allegation: “By striking paragraph 4 and inserting in lieu thereof the following: That Augusta Griggs Baines, Theodosia H.
