The litigation arises out of the procedure invoked by the city of Green Lake to condemn certain portions of land owned by the plaintiffs-respondents and the intervening plaintiffs-respondents (hereinafter plaintiffs). The condemnation is for the purpose of extending the sanitary sewer and water mains of the city to four property owners who presently have private sewer and water systems.
