We are here passing upon exceptions to the report of the auditor in the .above estate. Decedent and his wife lived together in a dwelling owned by decedent individually. A controversy has arisen between the widow and the executor, a son by a prior marriage, over certain items of personal property in the dwelling. We shall consider the exceptions separately and in chronological order.
