This is a suit to foreclose a real estate mortgage. The trial was to the court without a jury. The trial court made findings of fact and conclusions of law in - favor of respondent bank, and entered judgment against appellant in the sum of $8,545-75, and decreed foreclosure of the mortgage sued upon.
