ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR POST-CONVICTION RELIEF

Defendant has again filed his motion seeking post-conviction relief, pursuant to Fla. R. Crim. P. 3.850, and the court noting that defen*8dant has corrected technical deficiencies existing in his previous motion, the merits will now be considered.
