Plaintiffs Dale E. McCormick and Curtis A. Kastl II, proceeding pro se, bring this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiffs allege that Defendants, Lawrence, Kansas police officers, the City of Lawrence, and an assistant district attorney, violated their First, Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendment rights during and after Plaintiffs’ arrests in July of 2002 and at various other times.
