Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Anthony J. Paris, J.), *1178entered April 25, 2006. The order and judgment, among other things, granted the motion of defendants Wyeth, Inc., formerly known as American Home Products Corporation, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, formerly known as Wyeth-Ayerst Pharmaceuticals, Inc., for summary judgment dismissing the second amended complaint against them.
It is hereby ordered that the order and judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
