City of Marengo v. Eichler

This is an appeal from the confirmation by the county court of McHenry county of a special assessment for the improvement of a portion of Washington street west of State street, in the city of Marengo.

The first objection is, that there was not attached to the petition of the city filed in the county court, copies of the ordinance, the recommendation of the board of local improvements and the estimate of cost,- certified by the clerk under the corporate seal.
