Plaintiff, Jane Sedotto, has brought this employment discrimination suit pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., (“Title VII”), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., (“ADEA”), the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended by the Equal Pay Act of 1963, 29 U.S.C. § 203 (“EPA”), and Connecticut’s Fair Employment Practices Act, C.G.S.A. § 46a-60(a) et seq.
