Williams v. Auten

This cause originated in the county court for Saunders county. After trial an appeal was taken to the district court. A trial was had in the district court to the court and a jury, which resulted in a verdict and judgment against the defendants therein, Phineas Williams and *833Debolt B. Welty. Williams prosecutes error in this court from the judgment thus rendered against him.
