Trespass and Ejectment. Heard on petition of defendants for new trial and denied.

1Per curiam

A careful consideration of the questions raised by the defendants’ exceptions shows no error on the part of the learned justice before whom the case was tried without a jury before the passage of the court and practice act, and his decision is adopted as the opinion of this court.

Defendants’ petition for new trial denied and case remitted to the Superior Court with direction to enter judgment for the plaintiff for possession and costs.
