[1-3] Tbe court rested tbe judgment in favor of tbe appellee upon tbe special grounds: (1) That, although the refunding warrants, as well as the original indebtedness, were not in conformity with tbe law and were invalid, yet the circumstances concerning tbe issuance and sale of the refunding warrants were of a nature sufficient to work and to predicate estoppel upon tbe county from questioning and pleading their invalidity between it and a bona fide purchaser for value, as was the appellee; and (2) that estoppel was available to tbe appellee as a remedy, as…
