This matter came before the Court on the Complaint (Doc. No. 1) filed by Leigh R. Meininger, the Chapter 7 Trustee and Plaintiff herein (“Trustee”), against the Defendant Guenther-Vorrucken, Inc., d/b/a Advanced Audio Design (“Defendant”), alleging Defendant breached an employment agreement between the Debt- or James David Wilson (“Debtor”) and Defendant.
