The parties occupy the same position as in the trial court. The Federal Intermediate Credit Bank of Wichita, I-Can., a corporation; hereinafter called “credit bank,” plaintiff, brought suit in district court of Harper county, Okla., against Floyd Cosby, on a promissory note and to foreclose a chattel mortgage.
