— Plaintiff sued defendants on a policy of insurance issued by the St. Louis Mutual Life Insurance Company, on the life of John T. Anderson, procured by plaintiff, who paid the premiums, and was to receive the amount for which said life was .insured by said company, on the death of said Anderson.
