R. A. Bishop and J. W. Mo-berly, appellees, brought this suit against the appellants, the Pecos & Northern Tesas Railway Company, the Southern Kansas Railway Company of Tesas, and the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fé Railway Company, in the district court of Swisher county, for damages to a shipment of cattle from Tulia, Tes., to Kansas City, Mo. The case was tried before a jury, and resulted in verdict and judgment for appellees against appellants for the sum of $741.
