OSBORNE, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order overruling appellant’s application for relief under RCr 11.42.

Appellant was convicted of armed robbery on April 28, 1964. He now contends that the trial court did not advise him of his right to appeal as required by RCr 11.02(2). This section of the Rules of Criminal Procedure has no retroactive effect and there was no comparable rule in effect in this jurisdiction at the time of appellant’s conviction.
