In Case No. 01-1015, Defendant, Village Green Management Company (“Village Green”), appeals from an order entered by the district court on November 17, 2000, denying Village Green’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for new trial, following a jury verdict in favor of Plaintiffs, Eastland Partners Limited Partners, et al.
