Glen Alan Langford, Sr., appeals his jury convictions for (1) second degree felony murder (accomplice); (2) first degree assault; (3) second degree assault; and (4) unlawful display of a weapon. Phillip Jorgensen and Santiago Salinas appeal their jury convictions for the lesser included offense of second degree manslaughter. They raise several issues, including whether the court erred in failing to instruct the jury that to convict them of second degree felony murder, it must find the victim was not a participant in the underlying felony.
