Jeffrey Alan Kumsher (appellant) appeals the Order rendered on January 7, 1988 in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri denying his Motion to Modify the Decree of Dissolution of Marriage as to Child Custody.

The marriage of appellant and Heidi Lynn Kumsher (respondent) was dissolved in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri on September 5, 1986. Pursuant to the Decree of Dissolution, respondent was awarded the care, custody and control of the parties’ minor daughter, Misti Marie Kumsher, born January 14, 1984.
