The defendant, Board of Education, School District No. 189, East St. Louis, Illinois (hereinafter District No. 189), appeals the decision of the trial court ordering reinstatement of five of the six plaintiffs who brought this suit to the position of tenured teacher within District No. 189 and awarding damages to which the parties stipulated.
