Ewing v. Mechanics Loan & Savings Co.

Mechanics Loan and Savings Company brought suit in the municipal court of Atlanta, now the civil court of Fulton County, against Herman Alonzo Ewing, Elmo Bell, John K. Castleberry, William Walter Fain, Plennie C. McConnell, and Herbert H. Ewing. Proper service was effected on all but Herman Alonzo Ewing and John K. Castleberry.
