This is an appeal by the Equitable Finance Company, a corporation chartered under the laws of Delaware, having its property and place of business at Tupelo, Miss., from an assessment of forty thousand dollars bjr the board of supervisors on its- capital invested in the state. The cause was tried in the court below on an agreed statement of facts, which reads as follows:
