Plaintiff-Appellant Marilyn Ford-Evans (“Ford-Evans”) worked in one of the Defendant United Space Alliance’s (“USA”) facilities as a flight crew equipment processor. An equipment processor is involved in the preparation of equipment for space-flight, which encompasses a variety of duties, such as assembling cushions, sewing and folding clothes, fitting clothing on astronauts, and cleaning water bottles.
