This is an appeal by Yiolet Lincoln Collins, hereinafter referred to as petitioner, from the decree of the circuit judge at chambers in probate of the third judicial circuit dismissing her bill for admeasurement of dower in certain real estate formerly owned by Joseph Kaelemakule, hereinafter referred to as Joseph.
