OPINION

McANULTY, Judge:

In this criminal appeal, Brenda Marie Aviles (hereinafter appellant) alleges that the trial court erred in failing to grant her probation, probation with an alternative *536sentencing plan, home incarceration or pre-trial diversion. Appellant pled guilty to one count of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, one count of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, and one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking over $300.
