ORDER ON PROBATION VIOLATION

The State seeks to violate probationer, Renel Nelfont, a/k/a Nelfort, *30as a result of a substantive case, The State of Florida vs. Renel Nelfont, No. 86-10139, wherein probationer is charged with burglary, criminal mischief and petit theft.

INTRODUCTION
