Cleo Johnson and wife sued Jack Mitchell and George Morgan for damages suffered by Mrs. Johnson in an automobile collision on Belmont Boulevard in Abilene when Jack Mitchell, an employee of Morgan, drove his car into the rear end of an automobile driven by Mrs. Johnson. The John-sons alleged that Mitchell was driving an automobile belonging to Morgan behind the automobile driven by Mrs. Johnson and that, as she gave a proper signal and attempted to make a left turn onto Elm Street, suddenly and without warning, Mitchell struck the rear of Johnson’s automobile.
