OPINION

VIGIL, Judge.

This is a driving while intoxicated (DWI) case in which Defendant asserts that her motion to suppress was improperly denied. Following a convoluted history, which we describe in detail below, the case comes before us for the second time more than five and one-half years after the judgment and sentence was filed in the magistrate court where the case originated. We address: (1) whether we have jurisdiction over the appeal; (2) whether the appeal is moot; and (3) whether Defendant’s motion to suppress was improperly denied.
