Mary Lenns (petitioner) petitions for review of an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which denied her benefits pursuant to Section 404(a)(1) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), 43 P.S. §804(a)(l) 1 and 5 U.S.C. §5595(f). 2

The petitioner was employed as a clerk typist by the United States Department of Agriculture (employer), and her last day of work was on April 14, 1984. Her job was terminated due to the relocation of her employers office. On appeal from a referees denial of benefits, 3 the Board made the following pertinent findings:
