WIENER, Circuit Judge:
Plaintiff-appellee Kepner-Tregoe, Inc. (KT) won a permanent injunction and damages against Defendant-Appellant Leadership Software, Inc. (LSI) in a suit complaining that LSI’s computer program infringed K T’s exclusive license to copyrighted management training materials. LSI appeals, raising issues touching on both copyright law and the Federal Rules of Evidence. We modify in part the ruling of the district court and, as modified, affirm.
