This is an action of ejectment for a lot of ground in the city of Baltimore, instituted by the appellee against the appellants, on 'the 31st of October, 1873, under the 2nd section of the Act of 1872, ch. 346, a re-enactment in substance of the 2nd section of 4 Geo. 2., ch. 28, which, up to that time had been in force in this State.
