It is the object of this action to obtain a judgment which shall require the defendant to convey to her four lots of land in the city of Brooklyn. The cause has been tried before a judge of this court, without a jury, and decided in favor of the plaintiff, and the defendant has appealed from the judgment entered upon such decision.
