This is a mandamus proceeding by the board of education of the city of Kansas City against the county treasurer and board of county commissioners of Wyandotte county to compel de*39fendant to pay plaintiff interest collected' on delinquent taxes. Judgment was for plaintiff and defendants have appealed.
