"Wilson, Ch. J.

This action was commenced against Kortum K. Peck and Dennis L. Peck, impleaded with the town council of Le Sueur City, and others. Kortum K. and Dennis L. Peck only answered. The plaintiff moved the court to strike out certain portions of the answer as irrelevant and redundant, and also to require certain portions of it to be made more definite and certain, and in default thereof that said portions should be stricken out. The motion was allowed, and the defendants neglecting to make more certain the portions of the answer objected to as uncertain, those portions…
